Our labor rates†:

Daytime Service Call - $83.00/hr

Emergency/Night/Weekend Calls - $124.50/hr

(Minimum 1 hour Labor Charge)

At no additional cost, the benefit of signing a maintenance agreement is: the labor rate guarantees you a cost of $105.00 for all emergency after hour calls, weekend and holiday calls. Also signing a maintenance agreement ensures an annual cleaning on your heating and/or air conditioning equipment for a set price. Under the maintenance agreement we are presently cleaning oil furnaces for the price of $130.00 and gas and/or air conditioning equipment for $110.00 per unit.
