Owned and operated by William Gelinas and Brian McLellan, Gelinas HVAC Services, Inc. has been in business since September 1994 and has steadily grown allowing us to offer many services.
Together, Bill and Brian hold over 52 years of field experience and our technicians are certified in Natural and LP Gas services as well as hold Federal Certification in Air Condition/Refrigeration and State licenses in Oil Burner repair.
Gelinas HVAC Services, Inc. is currently operating with nine service technicians and covers the greater Portland area. We service many large businesses, as well as several management companies for malls, office and apartment buildings. We also service many of the smaller hometown businesses and residential customers as well as install new systems for residential homes and light commercial applications.
